Residence Inn Dallas DFW Airport South/Irving

The two ladies at the check in desk were very nice. They told us about several places that we could go see and things to do. Really liked the fact that the bedroom was separate from the living room.

Did not like the breakfast Location was great

Opposite to experiences I’ve had in others hotels in Dallas, (home wood suites on Stemmon in the medical district as an example) the staff were so friendly and welcoming, Asia, I hope I’m spelling her name right, was so friendly and welcoming since the first time I called, and she was also checking my friends and I in; as were the other two ladies that were in the front desk later that night and in the morning when we checked out. Thank you so much ladies. You can tell this hotel takes pride in quality customer service. Facilities are so nice and clean, and confortable beds. Over all I feel we got an excellent deal for what we paid.
